Exclusive rental of the property requires a guaranteed minimum of 56 adults (this minimum also applies to catering services). The property comprises 10 rooms and 14 apartments; a list of the units, including descriptions and maximum sleeping capacities, is attached. The maximum total capacity, including all sofa beds in the apartment living areas, is 86 adults. For exclusive-use events, we provide hotel-style service for the apartments as well (meaning breakfast and daily housekeeping are included).
The prices provided include VAT but exclude the local tourist tax (currently €2.00 per person, applicable to adults only).
Here are the rates for weddings in 2027–2028:
Depending on the season:
- April (excluding the April 25th long weekend and Easter) and the last two weeks of October (excluding October 31st)

€3,500.00 per night for 56 adults + €30.00 per person/day for each additional adult, €20.00 for each additional child (aged 3–12), or €10.00 per night for infants (up to 2 years old) sleeping in a travel cot. - May (excluding May 1st) and the first 2 weeks of October

- Garden rental for a symbolic ceremony – €300.00 (any chairs and umbrellas must be sourced via the caterer at an additional cost);
